Modern Slavery Laws

Ethical Law is committed to conducting its business in a manner that strives to reduce the prevalence of modern slavey in the world, by taking reasonable steps to identify, assess and address risks of modern slavery practices that may be present in its operations or supply chains.

Ethical Law is not legally subject to the Modern Slavery Laws in Australia (neither the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), nor the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW)), and as such, is not required to prepare an annual Modern Slavery Statement.

Privacy Laws

Ethical Law strives to deal with all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in that act, even though it is not legally required to comply with the APPs.
