Contracts for Photographers now available

Are you a Photographer in need of contracts and model release forms that are legally sound?

Ethical Law’s Founder & Principal Lawyer, Kiri-Ana Libbesson, is also a photographer in (one of) the other parts of her life, and has noticed that many template model release forms commonly being used by photographers or that are available on the internet are legally questionable and would be unlikely to hold up in court if challenged by the model.

To address this need, Kiri has created two easy-to-use sample documents for portrait photographers:

• Sample Photography Services Contract (Portraits)

Each contract can be purchased separately from Ethical Law for a small fee, and will be accompanied by Explanatory Notes, outlining some further information about some of the clauses in the agreements. Find out more here.
